I have always sent updates through emails. However, things have been so busy and I don't have time to send out the emails like I used to. I have a facebook & myspace account that I keep updated, well myspace has been lacking lately. Facebook takes up most of my time. I have kept in touch w/ friends and family through those two connections. Guess I just decided I needed one more project. So we will see how long this lasts. Besides it cuts down on unwanted emails :) :)
Xmas is over & we had a great xmas. The kids were spoiled as usual. We spent last night organizing toys, well Dean mostly. I put the kids' puzzles together all day to find out how many pieces we are missing.
We got kind of a shocker on Dec. 19. Braden lost his first tooth. He's 5 yrs. & 3 mo. old. He was so scared at first he didn't understand what had happened. He never noticed it was loose or anything. When he lost it he cried and he couldn't find it. But the tooth fairy still paid him a visit. He says she came to check on him. He has quite an imagination.
I am mainly doing this to post pictures. There are so many friends and family members that we don't get to see often or ever and I just want you to be able to see them and see my babies grow.
Jadyn is enjoying dance class and gymnastics. Can't say much about her, except she is growing to be more of a back talker everyday. Girls!!! She got a karaoke machine for xmas and loves it. However, the only song she wants to sing is Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star. She does a very good job, doesn't get embarrassed if we are watching her. If we are watching her she will sing louder and look right at you.
My Emersen, she is so quiet, doesn't say much. She will come out of now where and give you a big hug. Anytime you have something to eat she wants what you got. She points when she wants something and says, uh,uh! She loves to smile for pictures and loves the camera. She is my last so I am enjoying her very much. I am able to let her fall asleep on me, lay her down to sleep and just carry her. I wasn't able to do those w/ the other two at this age, because I was pregnant and couldn't lift babies or on bed rest. I can't get enough of her, she has that great baby smell that always wanted to make me have another.
My friend Mindy always asked me if I am sorry that we prevented Dean from having another and yeah sometimes I think that we should have had one more. Dean and I discussed that a lot and w/ two miscarriages, 3 bed rests and two really early pregnancies I just don't think I could have handled it. We are enjoying what we got and very thankful we were able to have them when the doctors told us we wouldn't. Dean defied cancer in all the ways that count.
